I ordered shades for my whole home. They look very nice when hung, But I have had nothing but problems with motorized ones I purchased. I have spend countless times chatting with customer service and speaking to them. I am at a complete loss with what to do with this defective product I have in my home. They constantly loose charge so we have to constantly reset them which is absolutely exhausting. I plugged the wand in one time to charge it and the part that was charging got so hot it melted. I have contacted customer service trying to resolve my issue but nothing seems to be working. The last time I reached out to them I asked if them could some how help with maybe ordering 4 new blinds that are controlled by a remote instead because I honestly don’t want these shades with the wands in my home anymore and they said there was nothing they could do. I just feel there could be a better resolution to this whole problem and no one seems to care
