I ordered my curtains by filling out the window specifications and picking the “customizations.” My curtains arrived as tiny postage stamps that didn’t even cover my entire widow. Turns out, you don’t actually measure your window like instructions on the product page tell you to do so. You actually just measure the amount of fabric you would want.
Customer service would not take the product back. I was not refunded. Beware of the “guarantee” it’s not an accurate way to describe how they back their products. I spent $200 dollars on scraps of fabric to throw away.
Too bad because I was hoping I’d be able to do all 13 windows in my home. I will be taking my business elsewhere
