These were very much as described and do a great job blocking light. Maybe too good! I've been sleeping in. The quality seems good. Installation was a little tough. Everything was as I'd expected until trying to get the headrail into the brackets. That was tough. It may help to have a second person. Otherwise, they work great, look great, and I'm happy with them.
