Simple and Classic



Living in the desert we have to use solar shades to keep out the sun. We have replaced the old slat blinds with solar shades from Select Blinds. No disappointment. The old slats that went across 3 patio doors now have the solar shades. They look classic, no dust and were installed easily.

I made a mistake



The shades we purchased are great. Look good and fit perfectly. HOWEVER, I did not see anywhere in the website that the inside mount requires a 4” depth . The brackets that come with the inside mount are wide and if your window depth is less than 4” the bracket will stick out as mine do. The sad part is that Select Blinds haven’t taken the time to design a support bracket that fits narrower openings. After contacting customer support, twice, they agree to send me end caps which I will try to fit

Nice Product



I purchased the Premier solar shades in umber brown, 5% opening. They are very effective and block a great amount of sun from my sunroom. The solar material is strong and sturdy, the mount less so. However, I’ve not had any problems with it. The deduction taken from measurements seems more than necessary and the shade just covers the glass portion of window. All in all a good solar shade.

Perfect fit



We ordered a small shade for our bathroom window, it was an easy install, looks beautiful and the entire bathroom is so much brighter. Love it!
