Difficult Installation Experience



One roller shade was delivered with a missing endcap. A call to customer service was not very good with no follow up email as promised for a 5-7 business day delivery for the missing part. The installation instructions provided in the boxes were out of date. Calling customer service only provided more incorrect installation instructions. I figured the installation out on my own. The motorized function only is working with the remote control. Integration with Google Home has not worked and requires more troubleshooting to resolve. The iOS smart app is also not working and requires more troubleshooting to resolve. I must say the automation aspect of these roller shades has been one of the most disappointing aspect. I have purchased from Select Blinds for many years. Until now, all of those experiences have been great. The quality of the roller shades is amazing. However, my poor experience with the automation as definitely shaken my perception.

Not impressed



The quality seems ok, but the fabric detail is misleading. It isn’t ‘fabric’ it’s slick, easily wrinkled material. There are visible gaps and not very sunlight blocking. Overall not what I was expecting for the price. Should have gotten a local custom company to come out.

install support lacking



These are good value blinds. I have purchased 4 of them. I called prior to shipping to change the dimensions and was greeted by a very friendly and very helpful person. I recently needed some support to fix a roller problem and was informed there was only chat or email support. The chat was completely useless. Took 5 mins + to respond each time. Email was not useful either. Real dissapointment, this seem like a new change. Will not order again.

incorrect instructions and charger



I ordered this shade 3/12/22. It came 3 weeks later, with the wrong instructions, wrong instructional video on youtube, wrong bracket, wrong screws, and wrong charger. As of 4/20/22, I am still waiting for the correct charger.
