The first item I ordered was about a year ago. A 12ft shade. It worked out great!
So I ordered another shade. The color match on the web site didn’t even come close to what I had ordered before. Upon arrival, I knew it wasn’t the same color. I called customer service.
Only then did I realize that if the customer doesn’t order a sample, your out of luck.
So, now I am left with a choice. Either use the one that doesn’t match or order a complete new one & spend another $260.
(Although I was fully prepared to return the mismatched color.)
What do I think about the “site”?
It’s bogus! If colors do not match on site then you should state that to the customer.
Summary: first order, about $500, great!
2nd order, about $260, terrible!
My tough luck.
