Love the blinds!

I have to admit I was apprehensive as I sent my payment in that the blinds might not come out as I hoped. First if all communication was great when the order was begun and shipped. All the blinds, 10 total, arrived on time as promised. My husband wasn’t looking forward to installing them, but to his surprise, the installation went extremely well. He was surprised how easy they were to install. The first blind we hung up completely changed the look of the window and room. The more that went up, the better the house looked. The blinds are perfect and have exceeded my expectations. The color matched my woodwork trim exactly! Everyone that sees them comments how elegant, stylish they look. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have 2 more windows to finish, and will be ordering them soon!

Why measure?

After giving exact measurements for the windows I ordered blinds for I received the blinds and they're all 1/2" short. After talking to customer service they said that it is normal for them to cut all the blinds 1/2" short. Apparently it's in the fine print somewhere on the website instead of on the order application page where it should be so I could have adjusted my measurements to compensate for the 1/2" they removed.
