The drapes I ordered are so heavy and plush! They are absolutely beautiful and are NOT cheaply made! I am definitely going to be ordering more for other rooms very soon!

I unfortunely didn't order enough panels, first time measuring for curtains, but was able to order another panel. I love the color and the quality, I can't wait for my other panel.

Customer Service Can't Get it Right

I ordered drapes from Selectblinds.com along with a curtain rod. The wrong curtain rod was sent. I contacted Selectblinds.com by email and phone. They sent another rod and again it was the wrong size. Multiple phone calls and emails did not result in customer service getting this order right.
