Customer Service Can't Get it Right

I ordered drapes from Selectblinds.com along with a curtain rod. The wrong curtain rod was sent. I contacted Selectblinds.com by email and phone. They sent another rod and again it was the wrong size. Multiple phone calls and emails did not result in customer service getting this order right.

These drapes are so plush!

The drapes I ordered are so heavy and plush! They are absolutely beautiful and are NOT cheaply made! I am definitely going to be ordering more for other rooms very soon!

Expensive mistake

I ordered 2 large curtains and based upon the pictures assumed each windows curtain would be in two pieces. They are not. You get a single curtain panel. There is one tiny sentence that mentions this in the specifications, but I missed it. There is no mention of this in the measuring instructions. The video for how to measure doesn't mention this. The material is an acceptable quality, but there should be big bold print on the website warning people to order each panel separately. It was a waste of 800+ dollars.
