I ordered some blinds again from Select Blinds because I have had a good experience in the past. This time was very different. I had some parts missing and a broken part with my order and I promptly went to call customer service. YOU CAN'T CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Apparently no one in the company has a phone and they now force you to text, chat, or email them with problems. My front windows are without blinds still and it has been 7 days since my initial order was received. The whole customer service process has been extremely frustrating and when I called the sales desk, which are very helpful, they expressed their frustration with the customer service in the company as well. The sales team has a phone number, but because they are the only people in the company with access to a phone, they field customer service calls and can't do anything about it.
I asked numerous times to talk with a "live" person on the phone and no one on the customer service side of things has the ability to ever talk to any customers, and that is terrible. I will not be recommending Select Blinds again until they fix their broken customer service. The order that I finally did receive for my broken and missing parts at just 1 small part in an envelope and nothing else. I was assured that my other parts were on the way, but never received a tracking number for them, which leads me to believe they were forgotten.
This all could have been cleared up if I could have spoken with someone initially for 5 minutes and it would have saved me about 3 hours of emails, texts and worthless chats. I have confirmation of all my correspondence and I know they do too, so it is even more frustrating that they can't get it right.
