Incredible Service



Wow! I will admit I was hesitant since they were a little pricey at first. But overall the quality is great and easy to use. But the best part is the customer service! Like wow. One of the blinds stopped retracting and with 1 day of submitting I received a approval for the replacement! Mind you I ordered this last October! No questions ask and the replacement just shipped! I will continue to support this company because of how they resolved a issue.

Customer service has major issues



I ordered some blinds again from Select Blinds because I have had a good experience in the past. This time was very different. I had some parts missing and a broken part with my order and I promptly went to call customer service. YOU CAN'T CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Apparently no one in the company has a phone and they now force you to text, chat, or email them with problems. My front windows are without blinds still and it has been 7 days since my initial order was received. The whole customer service process has been extremely frustrating and when I called the sales desk, which are very helpful, they expressed their frustration with the customer service in the company as well. The sales team has a phone number, but because they are the only people in the company with access to a phone, they field customer service calls and can't do anything about it. I asked numerous times to talk with a "live" person on the phone and no one on the customer service side of things has the ability to ever talk to any customers, and that is terrible. I will not be recommending Select Blinds again until they fix their broken customer service. The order that I finally did receive for my broken and missing parts at just 1 small part in an envelope and nothing else. I was assured that my other parts were on the way, but never received a tracking number for them, which leads me to believe they were forgotten. This all could have been cleared up if I could have spoken with someone initially for 5 minutes and it would have saved me about 3 hours of emails, texts and worthless chats. I have confirmation of all my correspondence and I know they do too, so it is even more frustrating that they can't get it right.

We ordered blinds for six windows. They installed easily and they look good. We ordered inside mount, but the windows are not very deep, so a bit of the headrail sticks out. Not an issue as that is just how my windows are. But it would be nice if there were a way to specify that the valance should be a little bit wider than the blinds (like 1" on either side) so it would look even nicer, with the headrail sticking out a little bit from the window.

Not great, just OK



Ordered two different 2" faux wood blinds. On one, the wand that opens the blind did not work, at all, and the blind was crooked when extended down. Submitted a claim and company said will remake. Second blind was OK, BUT, be aware that the included "valance" is the same exact width as the blind slats so you can not use it to cover the mounting brackets (which are at each end). Disappointed.
