Many positive things to say. The shades were delivered exactly to specification, were easy to install and do a great job of blacking out light.
Two issues:
1) I needed delivery to be on a certain week, due to travel/holiday schedules. So when I ordered, I worked with customer support to put the order on hold. At the agreed date, I got a very nice email from customer support asking if I wanted to remove the hold, and if so, just reply back to the email. I did so immediately. I learned, 8 days later, that the support department was >8 days behind reading email, so the hold had not been removed. I would have called the support department, but this company makes that impossible. Eventually, through SMS support, I got the hold removed, but the shades were delivered late. Feedback: (a) You have to answer customer emails in <24 hours. Anything else is unacceptable. (b) You need to make it easier to contact you for help. It appears your support department is understaffed and can't keep up.
2) There is not nearly enough spring tension in the shades. When raising the shades, the accordion folds are not taken up, so I have to go extremely slowly (>60 seconds to raise the shades). This is consistent across the 4 shades we bought, so I take this to be a design or construction flaw.
