this shade gives superb blackout! unfortunately I had quite a time getting return authorization for one of the shades that did not fit....initially the customer service agent thought that the mis-fit was due to manufacturing, and so I completed the instructions
and the waited, and waited some more to get final answer. when I finally did get the answer that the error margin was within manufacturing standards I was told I would receive a return authorization number for the blind...which I waited again, after finally
calling again I got the return authorization and my new blind is now in production, however, the time delay was disappointing as the shade that is currently installed I beautiful, and I wanted to get the room finished ASAP for company....also, the color as
shown on web is more tan/taupe than the actual color...
