Love the shades, great value for custom shades. I would give 5 stars overall if not for the following problems. They were perfect in our 1st order. The 2nd order included one shade with a rip, and one shade that was not cut to height, and 3 of the 7 boxes that the shades arrived in were open on one end. Our 3rd order for a different honeycomb shade did not come with any instructions. Waiting for the replacements and hoping they are right this time.
