Love my new blinds! They are gorgeous and were super easy for me to install myself. My samples came really fast- - and after I did the ordering (also very easy process) email updates on the progress were non intrusive but informative. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Works well. Installation went smoothly. Color is okay. Value? A little pricey, in my opinion, but a friend who has dealt with other companies recommended this one. I'm willing to pay a little more for a good product made in America. I am a satisfied customer.

Classy & Esthetically Pleasing by 10-25-2020



I ordered the Architect Light Filtering roller shade in Modern Grey for a large window in my bedroom, and am so pleased I plan to continue around the other bedrooms with the same. These are indeed easy to install; it took me about 20 minutes. When the sun comes up (I have a south-facing room) the shade allows the room to begin glowing slowly..a great way to wake up!

Very Disappointed in their Customer Service by 06-15-2022



I have purchased from this company multiple times and haven't had an issue that didn't get quickly resolved until now. I placed an order in mid April only to receive one of the blinds not completely functional. I have reached out numerous times from the moment we hung it and realized the blind didn't function properly. Ok, so this isn't our fault since it came to us this way. I don't understand why 2 months from order date, I'm still trying to get this replaced. Their warranty dept has rejected, asked for a video, asked for another video and it's clear in the video it wasn't put together at the production level correctly, but I still can't get an answer. It doesn't seem like it's a warranty issue when it didn't arrive in full working condition. This company is great until you have a problem then it's one frustration after another especially if you start at warranty, which the customer service rep I first talked to told me to do. They ask for a video, but with the smart phones these days it's impossible to get one in their size perimeters. It was nothing short of an exercise in futility.
