I was concerned that the child lock on the cordless blinds would be difficult to operate because my blinds are above my head. A representative told me it shouldn't be a problem, so I nervously ordered these sight unseen. I find them very hard to operate, I'm really disappointed in my purchase, and the company did nothing to help - only said that I could order new ones with a 10% discount, after reviewing my phone call! Great, $50 off of $500. I spent over $1200 on these blinds. I wish I had gone with Blinds.com or a company that offers better customer service and cares about satisfied customers.
