The good parts:
-measuring was easy, shades fit windows perfectly
-shades arrived in about 4 weeks
-quality was good
The bad parts:
-I had a very hard time getting customer service help on text and chat. I was on hold for probably 45 minutes. Had a hard time getting the rep to understand what I was asking. The website did not offer color samples for the liner and the rep couldn't give me a sample of the color either.
-I had questions about the size and appearance of the edge tape because there is only one picture on the website that shows wide black tape extending across the bottom edge of the valance. The rep told me that it would look like that picture (but in the color I chose). They did not mention that it depends on the type of cord you chose. Half of my shades ended up with the edge tape across the valance. The other half did not. So my shades don't match and they WOULD NOT re-do them without a charge. They told me that under the product specifications (well-hidden fine print), it says the edging is different depending on the cord type you order. (Had to order the corded on 4 shades because they were narrow and those all ended up with the edge tape across the valance, the wider ones did not.) They offered a 5% refund but now I have to look at shades on two bay windows in the same room that don't have matching edging. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
