This was our first time to order roman shades from Select Blinds. It has been a very good and refreshing experience. Haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long while. We ordered 14 roman shades and they came in on time and all were good except for 2. Two would not hang evenly no matter what we did. We followed the directions and got help from customer service. They made the decision to replace them due to a defect. They helped us and placed the new order for the 2 shades immediately and at no charge. Things happen but they took care of it, were very professional, and kind. We received our replacements and they were perfect. We took the crooked shades to Habitat in case someone could use them. They shades were easy to install and customer service answered our questions about how to hang the shades in Anderson Windows. They did a great job. We will use them again for our window treatments and will definitely recommend them others. Great Experience.
