The shipping company cracked 2out of 6 headrails. I e-mailed. You sent reply and within 9 days my new undamaged blinds were hanging in my room. Thanks for fast service and the product is a great value.

Fast and accurate
Samples came within a week and allowed quick ordering so that entire process took 3 weeks and got exactly what was promised. This was second order and I will continue to use in the future as long as price stays competitive.
