Hate the hidden hole slatted blinds by 10-20-2014



I ordered the premium 2" faux blinds with the hidden privacy slats. Each slat has small grooves etched into the back side of the slat where the cord runs. Every time the blinds are dusted the slats move and come out of that groove. The blinds then look a mess without a straight edge on the ends. I'm so sorry I ordered that type blind. I wish I would have just stayed with the hole where the cord runs through it.

Good Value for the Money! by 09-14-2008



I have recommended Select Blinds to family and friends interested in purchasing blinds. I have purchase 10 faux wood blinds from Select Blinds. One of the blinds had a problem, I e-mailed Select Blinds, and the replacement was sent immediately. I value a company standing up for their product and taking responsibility for a problem. Whenever I need blinds I will purchase them from Select Blinds.

Awefull by 05-30-2013



I ordered 4 blinds and 3 of them are perfect. The fourth one will not tilt so I contacted customer service and sent a picture as requested. There was no follow up so after 2 weeks i sent another email as to why my problem had not been resolved. I got a reply that they sent it back to the manufacture. Why is this my problem three weeks after I ordered these blinds. I do beleive I would just do a brick and mortar order next time so I do not have to fight this battle through email.
