Ordered these roller shades for our sliding glass doors and we love them! Very easy to install and they look great! It took a while for them to get shipped out, but other than that everything from ordering to installing them went smooth!

ordered samples and found a great choice - put order together but then spoke to customer service to review (since didn't want to waste that much money) - very pleased have 2 side by side rollers with remote control for sliding bedroom windows - working excellent, easy to install and look great !!

Inconsistent parts

Not all blinds have the same parts and installation requirements. Even though the website shows that all products are the same, they actually come from different manufacturers/brands. Some brands have poorly made parts and are difficult to install. This is not clear on the website. My first order of motorized shades were easy to install but when I ordered another set but with a different vinyl fabric, the mounting parts have changed. Order was also missing a wand for one of the faux wood blinds I ordered. Screw thread also broke easily so I had replace them with stronger screws.

We ordered three blind for our son’s room and have been very disappointed. They are constantly pulling off with the slightest tug and have narrowly missed our child. They are very heavy, and I have a huge bruise on my arm from the last time one fell off the wall. They don’t roll up properly. Our original order was missing a few key pieces mama, but even after receiving those pieces and multiple directions via their website and emails, they still aren’t functioning properly. Now we are out $1000 and stuck with unsafe blinds we can’t even use. We will definitely be paying a little extra for custom blinds with installation next time.
