I have been ordering blinds here for more than 20 years-for 2 houses, through decor changes, etc. & this is the first time I’ve been disappointed-especially with customer service. I have ordered many different kinds of blinds in the past and when they’ve come with a wand I needed to choose which side I wanted it on. When I purchased cordless lift there was no wand. This time I chose cordless lift and it didn’t ask which side I wanted the wand on. They came with the wand on the left side, which places it in an unreachable location behind furniture. When I called customer service their response was that you can see the wand on the left side in a picture (difficult to see on a phone) so, even though it is nowhere in the description (which I had repeatedly & thoroughly, checked) and wands were not included in my cordless lift purchases in the past, nothing would be done about it. Now that my son is about to order blinds for his entire house, I’m afraid to refer him here in case other descriptions are not complete/accurate and he ends up with a houseful of disappointing blinds. I would highly suggest that, should you choose to order here, no one simply reads the description, but you call to ask questions about anything that is not specified prior to ordering because clearly things have changed and you will be stuck with something that might not work for you. As an explanation of my reviews for construction and appearance, the wand is pretty tight, does not twist smoothly, and the color looks yellowish & discolored next to the blinds.
