The blinds were bowed when we installed them. I waited about 2 weeks to see if they would straighten out. They didn't. Called customer service on December 31st, sent pictures and was told the blinds would be replaced. Hear nothing from them. Today I contacted them and had to start the process all over because the issue was not handled over a month ago. The person helping me did not believe the pictures were of 2 different windows even though they were labeled. Long story short, they are now seeing if the "facility" will replace the blinds and that will take 1 to 2 days so who knows if they are going to honor their word or not. Bet this review doesn't show up on their site!
