While the product seems to be solid, our blinds arrived without any hardware. It has been almost impossible to find resolution to this. I have sent email, live chat twice and still no hardware. Promised expedited shipping, no refund of any kind etc. Sixteen days later still no hardware. Live chat says that they see no scan of product. For this reason I will not be purchasing any other product from them...We have entire home to do and had a plan but I will go to another company. By the way, you will never speak to a live person...

We purchased 2 pair of the Wood blinds in a color that matched our kitchen to a tee!! I was amazed at how well the construction was of the blinds, especially the valence!! These are all made of great quality wood and thick not flimsy! The mounting brackets were sturdy and have great catches to remove them if you need to. The magnetic valence attachments really are strong and also allow you to tip the valence up a bit for dusting. I am a DYI person and these blinds and the instructions were easy to read and follow. We will be replacing all the blinds in our home and from now on, the go-to store for us is Select Blinds hands down. Also the prices are not too high as in comparable stores.

The blinds were bowed when we installed them. I waited about 2 weeks to see if they would straighten out. They didn't. Called customer service on December 31st, sent pictures and was told the blinds would be replaced. Hear nothing from them. Today I contacted them and had to start the process all over because the issue was not handled over a month ago. The person helping me did not believe the pictures were of 2 different windows even though they were labeled. Long story short, they are now seeing if the "facility" will replace the blinds and that will take 1 to 2 days so who knows if they are going to honor their word or not. Bet this review doesn't show up on their site!
