Poor quality

Very disappointed in this low quality blinds. I expected a better quality. The material is Semi okay but the bracket can be bentos by hand and the mechanism doesn't easily go up and down. These blinds are so light that the fan blows them. I feel these will not last long from regular use. Total waste of good money.

These blinds are not the quality I expected. They roll up unevenly, do not keep the tension, fabric is not the quality expected , and the ends along each end have a wrinkled appearance. It is impossible to partially roll them up and have them even on both ends. We have watched several videos on correcting the matter with no success. Customer service has strung us along for weeks. They just keep asking us to send more videos or photos and then tell us they will get back to us in 1-3 business days. Most often we have to get back to them. It’s been a terrible experience and terribly time consuming. I could have gotten better quality shades at a store like Home Depot for a fraction of the cost. Don’t waist your money like we did.

Poor quality

This is My first Select Blinds order came the right size and fit correctly, but just go to local store and let them measure and let them make it. I always order from lowes but I tried this website. Its totally waste money. Blackout blind means should be blackout the whole window, but I measured follow “select blind instructions” and got smaller than my window and I just need to buy with Lowes again. But the quality part, fabric looks much cheaper on the blinds than the small samples suggested. The color was looks very cheap and the back side of color show up white and makes so ugly and chip blind! Also the blind has a winkle and I talked to customer service. They told me that thats normal winkle from the delivery. Come on! All the vendors deliver but This is worst one. I just waste my 2,000$$$$ I'll try a different vendor next.
