These blinds are not the quality I expected. They roll up unevenly, do not keep the tension, fabric is not the quality expected , and the ends along each end have a wrinkled appearance. It is impossible to partially roll them up and have them even on both ends. We have watched several videos on correcting the matter with no success.
Customer service has strung us along for weeks. They just keep asking us to send more videos or photos and then tell us they will get back to us in 1-3 business days. Most often we have to get back to them.
It’s been a terrible experience and terribly time consuming. I could have gotten better quality shades at a store like Home Depot for a fraction of the cost.
Don’t waist your money like we did.
