Our blinds came within 2-3 weeks of our order, which was expected. But, they came without the extension brackets needed for outside mounting, and we clearly specified outside mount, These brackets are specific to your product and cannot be found at the
hardware store. We had to call for the brackets and it took an extra week for them to arrive, which was frustrating. The blinds look good but one is slightly longer than the other and I am constantly needing to adjust them. We ordered two blinds for adjoining
windows, both the same exact size.
