They arrived earlier then expected. Beautiful workmanship. The instructions included made instillation relatively easy. The windows were not square thus some gaps that can be fixed with caulk.

Measuring instructions make for easy ordering. Great delivery time and packaging of product. Easy for our installer to install, but could be done without professional help. Overall exceeded expectations.

Shutters are beautiful and well constructed. Installation was not so easy. There were no predrilled holes to hang the shutters as indicated in instructions. Therefore they had to be drilled in requiring someone more skilled to do the installation.
