I purchased these identical blinds two years ago for my previous home and loved them. They looked great and were constructed of, what seemed to me, high quality material. When I ordered these exact same blinds a month ago for my new home I was incredibly
disappointed upon receiving them because they looked and felt cheap - almost as if they were made of plastic. I actually called customer service because I thought I had been shipped the 'Select Faux Blinds' instead of the 'Premium'. After speaking with a representative
and concluding that the blinds I had been shipped were, in fact, the correct ones, I was told that because I hadn't ordered samples in the last 90 days (even though I had ordered the same product two years prior) that the 'Satisfaction Guarantee' didn't apply.
When I questioned why these new blinds seemed to be so different than my previous order, the customer service rep told me that they used different manufacturer and/or the materials were possibly different. The only reparation she offered was a discounted price
if I wanted to reorder these blinds in a different material. I am VERY unsatisfied with these blinds and furthermore, VERY frustrated that Select Blinds does not stand behind the quality of their product. I own a company and if a returning customer was unhappy
with a product they purchased for a second time I would do everything in my power to make it right with them and assure them that we stand behind that which we sell 100%. In the last two years I’ve recommended Select Blinds to a large number of my friends
and family. After this past experience I can assure you that I will NEVER do this again.
