I love the look of these blinds. Installation was very frustrating as manufacturer instructions are horrible. Drawings are useless. Clips wouldn't hold, blinds kept falling down - 1 fell on my head and plastic piece broke off. Called Select Blinds, and they had manuf. send more parts, however, the parts they sent weren't even for these blinds. I finally got it sorted out with help from Select Blinds (Andy - he was fantastic!), but it all could have been avoided if manuf. would improve instructions. If you buy these blinds, here's the installation tip: after the blinds are snapped into the mounting clips, pull the white tab out to lock the clip in place. Also, when ordering for length, I would add 2-4" extra as when mine are open completely, there is no extra fabric left on the roller, so they just fit...no margin for error at all. Again, they are beautiful, and look great, and I had them quoted by a brick and mortar store, and the price, including installation, was over 3 times more than Select Blinds, so the frustration was worth it in the end.
