Solid Product



A very solid product. Quality fabric. Great color. hangs nice. My only complaint is on their measurement instructions. They are in a separate part of the web site from where you enter your measure info, and those istructions differ from the instructions on the package that contained our fabric swatches. Read the "How to measure" carefully!

Service Is Terrible!


Your customer service on orders after they are place is terrible. They cannot tell you any details other than what is on the website status. Also there is no way to pay for a rush order. Will consider other blind manufacturers in the future when ordering!

disapointed


When I received my product all the hardware was put on backwards even the pull cord unless the blind is designed so you have to reach behind it to pull the cord. I basically had to remove all the working parts and remount them.
