Awful customer service



Customer service has been impossible to get a hold of. I had an issue with one of my blinds and it has been very difficult to reach a person over the phone, very long hold times. After speaking with someone, I was promised an answer within a few days (they had to reach out to the factory) and it has been over a week with no response. Again impossible to get a hold of anyone. Only one item in my order had an issue, the rest was perfectly fine and not too hard to install. This one issue is bad enough though that I would not order again from select blinds.
