Not Worth the Price



I ordered three (3) motorized blind sets, yet I only received one (1) USB charger. I reached out to Customer Service, and they offered to sell me the other two for $11.50 each. These 3 separate sets are going to be used in different places, so having 1 charger is useless to me. I paid $650 for 3 blinds, but only got complete hardware for one of them.

We have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee that says if there is a defect in a product’s material, workmanship or it was not made to the same size and specifications you ordered, we promise to resolve the issue at no cost to you for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Customer Service is terrible



I called customer service but was only allowed to "text" with someone. My motor was wroking but the shade "tub" would not turn. I sent them a picture. The hardware they sent for installation does not match what is in the installation papers. Looks like some pieces are missing. The person testing with me said it would tak 24 for 4 hours to even find out if there is a fix.
