This shade was the perfect addition to our kitchen. We have light gray walls with darker gray subway tiles, white cabinets and black granite, black stainless steel appliances and rattan/whicker island lighting.. this window shade was the perfect addition and the pop of color we needed. We get direct sunlight at the end of the day on our kitchen sink so we went with the non-blackout shade. The filtered sunlight through the wicker gives us a nice lil accent pop in our kitchen late in the day. We couldn't be happier. Great quality, easy install, and super easy to raise up/down as needed.
