All parts present, shipped perfectly, blackout is complete, of course there is a little leakage at the sides, will probably install curtains at sides eventually, but for now we are happy. Easy to open & close. Even if we install curtains, they will not take up as much room when open as if they had to cover entire window. We will just have enough curtain to cover the sides of the blinds.

I loved the first two blinds I ordered so much that I ordered three more and I have plans to order more! Customer service was wonderful! I second guessed myself a few minutes after the first order that I placed at midnight, so I called customer service the next morning and I was able to change the color! I love my new blinds So Much! Thank you SelectBlinds customer service!
