Beautiful



Beautiful blinds that truly elevate a room. A true blackout proving privacy and protection from the sun. The only complaint is the instructions for ceiling mount install are non existent making install incredibly difficult. A video to go along with the other instructional videos or even better paper instruction would be very helpful.

Not blackout



These blinds look great, lots of compliments. However, these are not blackout blinds. They filter out some light but rooms will still be filled with light. Its also worth mentioning that these are not made for privacy in the evening. Once an inside light is turned on then you can see everything inside through the curtains.

Poor installation instructions



Directions were not clear. Hard to explain problems I was having over the phone. Parts were not labeled on parts list. Also, not really blackout once hung because of open space on end.
