The motorized shades are beautiful and exactly what I expected. A few things to think about if purchasing. We purchased motorized shades for two separate units. The delivery took over a month, even with many back and forth calls to customer service. Their communication between manufacturer and select blinds is faulty. So, don’t expect them quickly as website says.
1. I expected one charging cord per shade, we received two charging cords for 30 shades. Why? For the price, each shade should have come with a charging cord. Another expense which should have been included or at least shown when ordering. When you order motorized, it’s expected that each shade has its own charging cord.Select Blinds, feel free to send 28 charging cords to remedy this issue. Poor review for website communication.
2. I was clear and indicated to customer service and labeled shades for 1st and 2nd floor units. When shades arrived, there was no labeling, so we had to measure each shade to figure out which one went to each window. Poor review for manufacturing.
3. We had to reprogram all remotes because the blinds were not labeled to go with remotes. Another poor execution from manufacturer.
4. Yes, I would recommend these blinds, they are beautiful and work as expected.
