Impossible To Get Customer Service



The shades themselves are well-made but I'm having trouble with the fabric and getting the shade to rise properly. I wanted to take advantage of the remake option they advertise on the site but it is impossible to get any help. You go through a look of chat/phone/text where you wait and then get directed somewhere else. I'd like to use this company but the service is just to hard.

I really love the new look my Roman shades give my living room/dining room. I love the ease of lifting up or pulling down the shades, all without strings. The blackout works great when the sun is shining on television/computer screens. Love them.

Piece of cake to install… in the trash. The instructions boldly claim installation is a piece of cake which is infuriating because the product is impossible to install without falling out of the window. What a joke the tension system is to hold the blinds in place. Mechanism to “add width” to increase tension is completely nonfunctional and collapses immediately upon installation. Our order also came without any of the hardware that it claimed was included with the packaging.
