HORRIBLE warranty customer service



?? If you REALLY like “Love me do” by the Beatles, file a warranty claim with Select Blinds. You will hear that song over and over. Placed warranty claim first of May. Have made a dozen calls. A dozen chats. Sent 4 videos. Replaced one motor. Was without a bedroom blind for about a month. Been promised a remake 4 times only to have that promise broken 4 times. Now they can’t remake because they don’t have that fabric. Production and customer service and management have absolutely no idea what each other does. I guess we are trying a new motor AGAIN. Will post here on Facebook to let people know if they can ever fix a problem and keep a promise. ??
