The shades came earlier then expected but upon unpacking were frayed which I sent photos to customer service which was a agonizing experience of being on hold then told the text which which rarely a reply and told to chat online which resulted in no responses. The shades wouldn’t clip in to provided clips I just wanted to return and get a refund but am still trying to get a response or resolution. I was told 1-2 business days at the most for a solution which is now past with no communication. I would not purchase these again or recommend this product.
