We received our blinds by the predicted date, however they came without any mounting brackets so they are useless to us until we can hang them. I have called customer service 3 times and each time they say I should be getting an email stating when the brackets will be shipped. A week and a half later still no email and still no brackets. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me later in the day. No call. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Select Blinds.
