Gorgeous Shades

I am an Interior Designer and I have ordered these for my home. They a beautiful! The ordering and delivery process was very easy! I’ve had to call in to ask about remotes and the customer service is fabulous. I highly recommend this company and their shades!

Love these blinds

These are perfect for the room. The color was dark enough and the style provides interest to the room. The tool used to hold the pull intact away from little children is a nice feature. The only draw back would be the use of rope as the pull instead of chain. Overall, I have this product throughout my home and love them

terrible mounting hardware

Bought 3 motorized wand controlled zebra shades and 1 chord pull zebra shade. Just unboxed and haven't installed yet, but the shades look OK. - one of the shades was missing the usb chord and the charger. Not a big problem because I could use one of the other charger and usb chord. Just a sign of poor QC. Each shade comes with 2 mounting brackets. The online video for select blinds shows metal brackets. However, these came with plastic brackets that are designed poorly. All the weight is carried on a small plastic tab that stick out from the bracket. The plastic bracket also has a sliding plastic lock/unlock mechanism that does absolutely nothing to lock or unlock the shade to the bracket. Another red flag that this product is inferior. As I said, the shades themselves, so far, look fine but any product is only as good as its weakest link. It is a shame that they use such a poorly designed and cheap mounting system. Debating whether to return them.
