When my blind (finally) arrived, I removed it from the box, and as suggested, went to charge the motorized wand. The amber light would not go on, so I switched to a lit plug making sure I had a charge, and the wand would not emit a light, or charge. That was #1. After confirming to the company I needed a new wand, I proceeded to install the shade. That went very well until I decided to attach the unusable wand until the new one came, and there was NO MOTOR IN MY MOTORIZED SHADE. Wow. Complete fail, Select Blinds. One star for value, since there's no value in a worthless shade. And to think, I have 14 more windows in need of new shades. I was waiting for the first one to see how it went before ordering the others.
