We used the online tool to measure for our blinds. After receiving the blinds, we noticed they do not fit. After talking with a few customer service representatives, we were told there is nothing that could be done other than replacing one of the blinds and then paying full price for replacements of the other 9 we ordered. On top of our measurement issues, once one of the blinds was installed, we noticed a terrible chemical smell as well which quickly took over the whole room. I would recommend going looking into another company or product.
