I am very pleased with my blinds I received. I think I was over critical when measuring due to the adjustment that is built into the no tool install, but they fit perfect! I have these blinds throughout my house and recommend buying them.

We have a very large east-facing window that gets full sun all day. In the summer, this room gets warm quickly, and we have to keep our black-out curtains closed all day. In the winter, although I can leave the curtains open, someone is left sitting with the sun in their eyes. We installed these cellular shades just last week and WOW what a difference! These shades allow the light in without the heat! In the winter, I plan to utilize the top-down feature so someone isn't sitting in direct sun.

We used the online tool to measure for our blinds. After receiving the blinds, we noticed they do not fit. After talking with a few customer service representatives, we were told there is nothing that could be done other than replacing one of the blinds and then paying full price for replacements of the other 9 we ordered. On top of our measurement issues, once one of the blinds was installed, we noticed a terrible chemical smell as well which quickly took over the whole room. I would recommend going looking into another company or product.
