Beautiful product by 06-30-2020



I ordered these blinds for French doors out to our deck. Packaged very well, beautiful color, Fountain Stone, exactly as pictured. Filters just the right amount of light. Install was very easy, took about 15 minutes for both blinds. One of the blinds worked beautifully but the second one would not hang straight. I contacted Customer Service and explained the problem as well as sent photos showing the issue. They responded promptly and are replacing the defective blind. I will order from this company again, they stand behind their product.

Ordered 5 and 1 came dented by 05-15-2021



My shades look get, fit perfect, and function just as expected. My issue is that they took much longer to arrive then what was projected and then when they did get here, one was dented. Being that I live in Arizona and it was now summer, I didn’t have the time to deal with getting it replaced before the summer heat. Now it’s a matter of finding a box and dealing with the customer service. I would be ecstatic if they just sent me a replacement without all the other hassle.

Stopped pulling after 2 months by 12-06-2020



My blind no longer pulls up when I lift it after 2 months of minimal use :/ I mostly leave it down. Maybe not moving it often is the problem. Customer support has always been responsive and helpful for my previous orders, but I haven't talked to them about this yet - just want to leave the general info here.

A little on the expensive side by 11-09-2021



These were pricy. Had to replace broken corded blinds. These went onto old hardware relatively easily. They look good & appear to work well so far.
