Ordered and received 4 roller shades with no issues. But after installing one of the shades, it was to not hanging flat. It curled or bowed out like a piece of plywood if got wet. So I held up hanging the other 3 because those would all be surface mounted across three 48" windows and would look terrible. I left the installed shade hang down overnight to see if flattened and it did. Over the next 3 days and nights I lowered it at night and raised during the day. As you would normally do. Each morning the shade would appear flat and each night when lowered it would be bowed out again. I currently have an open trouble ticket with customer service to come up with a solution.
Instructions are terrible.
In addition, I ordered 2 different styles of shades from Select Blinds but each style was from a different manufacturer and not electronically compatible with the remotes. Is Select Blinds a distributer or a manufacturer? Not that big of a deal...just had to change how I was to operate all 7 of the roller shades I ordered.
I will update this review upon a solution.
