PROS - the product itself is ok with no problems except for the valance.
CONS -
The valance is way smaller than the opening as they removed inches from your opening. The magnets were not enough to keep the valances in place.
Overall service, we received our blinds incomplete. The packaging came with A FEW items missing. We complained to customer service.
After a week, we started to receive the rest of the order in pieces. Some of the pieces arrived almost a month later. Meaning the blinds were installed but inoperational for almost 30 days from the date of installation while we had to remove the old blinds.
Upon receiving the original order, we didn't know that the order was incomplete as they didn't say anything anywhere. So, we removed our old blinds to install the new ones from select blinds, just to discover in the end that some pieces were missing, and the motorized blinds were not operational at all.
In the end, we spent the holidays, with guests in the house, with newspapers covering all glasses for some privacy. So, just imagine having visitors for your holiday get-together and all your house doors, including the front of the house decorated with newspapers.
Only almost a month later we had all items. What pissed me off the most was not knowing that the order was shipped incomplete.
