Fantastic window coverings and I love Select Blinds. We needed custom blinds for two windows in a home office. So many companies only offer very expensive products and home visits by their sales rep and installer. But Select Blinds allows the homeowner to measure and install (with excellent assistance for both steps!) high-quality blinds at far lower pricing. This is the way to do it!

We have made couple of small purchases here in the past but needed blinds for our new office. My wife wanted to go with local company so we can view different models and they can come and do measurements but I asked her to give me a chance to look around. I picked several samples (14) through next blinds and it was sent free and quickly. We checked color and material and chose the dual light set. I am not really handy but I was able to take measurements pretty much following directions on here. I did get a professional installation and everything turned out perfect. The best part is my wife’s favorite part of our office is now the blinds. My experience has been excellent every time and based on their customer service I am sure if any issues came up they would handle it perfectly.

Was on the hunt for new window coverings after painting our bathroom last year. I purchased, installed and lived with mini blinds (boring), blackout shades (too dark), and wood blinds (too bulky) for the last 1+ years, but truly never truly liked any of them. A few hundred dollars lighter and a pile of disappointing custom window coverings later, I took another look at Selectblinds website and came across these zebra shades. I'd never seen these before, but did like that they basically combined the functionality of a blind and roller shade, but even more sleek. I order a sample to see the color and to check the transparency (important since these are in the bathroom!) and then waited for a 50% off sale and finally ordered. The blinds did take awhile to arrive, about double my other orders, but nothing terrible. I finally installed, hopefully they were "the one", and these puppies proved to be just that! Fastest installation, the design is sleek and more appealing, and the fabric is opaque and yet let's so much more beautiful light into our little bathroom. Had company over less then 24 hours later and (not making this up) they complimented the blinds and they'd be great in their own home. TLDNR - 4th rounds of window coverings purchased for bathroom window, love them!

Our blinds arrived from Viet Nam earlier than expected and were packed well for such a long journey. They look very nice and are just as expected, maybe a little better but there are issues. During installation my first blind, a small one, went in perfectly. The fabric on that one is slightly flawed along the right edge. There are a few small chunks taken out of the fabric as if the cutting machine got caught. I don’t like the look but it’s a relatively minor problem. The second blind was a massive headache. When installing it the roller literally fell out of the cassette. I called customer service and they couldn’t help me so they ordered a replacement. I then disassembled the blind, figured out how they work, and reassembled the blind. The blind is better than new now. I cancelled the replacement. Before installing the remaining two blinds I checked to see if they were assembled correctly. One was, and one wasn’t. So I fixed it before having another mini disaster. Two of our blinds are quite wide, 83 inches. So I decided to install three mounting brackets to add additional support. BAD IDEA. It’s nearly impossible to use more than two brackets because if they’re not aligned perfectly you can’t snap the cassettes onto the brackets. I used a laser leveler to get mine aligned and it still didn’t work. So after about four hours of frustration I gave up and used only two brackets to hold them in place. I hope, but am not sure, that’s going to work. Our blinds are outside mount. If you have a ledge at the bottom of your window it’s unlikely the factory settings will work because the blinds will unroll into the ledge. Not the fault of the blinds. You will have to reset the bottom stop. It’s pretty easy so don’t worry. Overall, these are very good blinds for the money. Just be sure you or a friend are handy especially if you have large blinds.
