I ordered 32 shades from Select Blinds. First point to note is they are not easy to get a hold of. second and very important point 15% of my shades were defective. 3rd, you can send all the pictures and videos of their faulty shades, but they will insist it was made correctly. They may approve a warranty claim and then will say it was not approved. I am still doing the rounds with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. If you value your time, try a different company
