Amazing!



I literally googled blinds for weeks to find the best quality with easy installation. I finally decided to give these a try - especially since there was a sale going on. My husband was dreading putting them up due to previous experiences, but OMG! Literally the easiest install ever! A few screws and you're done! Blinds are a great quality and exactly what we needed! Can't say enough about them!! Just ordered some more for other rooms in the house!

Poor quality control and worse customer service



Would have been five star on all categories if the blinds have been cut to the proper dimensions. Also one wand was missing. But most disappointing is the absolute lack of follow-through on customer service once these issues were brought to the attention of the company!

Perfect!



Couldn’t be more satisfied with these blinds in my master bedroom. The color was perfect and they look great. Super easy to order as well!

I finally received my blinds after being on back order which I was fine with ... things happen. When I did receive them they were the most horrible fake gold color and nothing like the color I ordered. I ordered an oak color. I called the customer service number and was sent an email to complain to quality assurance. Just waiting to hear back and hopefully get some decent colored blinds.
