Hardware Not Included, again....



I am very disappointed that for the 2nd time SelectBlinds did not provide the hardware that comes with my blind order. All packaging is adhered with a label that says "Hardware enclosed this side" and there is no hardware. Customer service would not overnight the hardware, but instead said they would expedite shipping. The last time they did this it took 2 weeks to receive the hardware. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Not worth the cost



I spend $900 on these shades. The quality is extremely poor. I have ordered blinds for 2 other rooms in my house and loved them. Which is why I thought these would be just as good. But that is not the case. I didn’t do the edge binding as I wanted a clean and modern look. But the edges are not cut straight and I have uneven cut edges. The one top piece the fabric isn’t attached well. At the bottom of the blinds (I got the blackout backing) it is not attached so the bottom edge is sheer. Overall extremely poor quality for not a poor quality price.

Terrible quality. Terrible custiomer service.



I have never mail ordered blinds before and I never will again. The cost is only minimally less than what I've paid for custom blinds through a designer and these look TERRIBLE. They don't fold straight. They mount so far outside the window that my "blackout" blinds have significant light coming in on the sides. The cuts along the edges look like something my kindergartener did as a craft. Also, did you know that there is no customer service by phone? just chat. When I sent a picture of this ridiculous looking blind, I was told, "they were made correctly." Potential purchasers .... do yourself a favor, get a designer or go to the shade store.

Not for this price



I got one very large blind for our front living room window. It looks nice if you are just looking. The quality is awful. It feels like paper. This is the thinnest "wood" I've ever seen. And the blind ended up getting water splashed on it. (long story) From just water, there is a large permanent stain right in the middle. It's even wrinkled and crepey from where the water hit. So now it doesn't even look good. We paid $1500 for this thing. It looks like it should be maybe $300 honestly. I've gotten other blinds from select blinds that we are happy with. Not this one.
