Essential Cordless Faux Wood
I ordered 11 sets of blinds with sizes that had widths of 22 inches, 34 and 591/2 inches and lengths varied as well. They arrived way ahead of schedule. Packaging was secure and the blinds were cut perfectly. They all matched the sample I ordered and received within 2 days. It was a very solid customer driven order. Would recommend this company. My husband easily installed blinds on 11 windows.

Part missing and horrible customer service
I ordered blinds from Select Blinds and received them on May 25th, 2022. According to the instructions I needed a centerpiece to install the blinds but that particular part was not included so I called Select Blinds and spoke to a CSR and she said she would place the order. Four weeks had gone by and I had not received the part or was contacted regarding the status. I called Select Blinds and spoke to another CSR and explained the situation to him. He said he didn’t have a status on the part. I advised him that I no longer wanted the item and I wanted them to send me a shipping label so I could return the product. He said someone would reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours. Five days had gone by and I had not heard back from Select Blinds so called again on July 1st and explained the situation again. I was then advised that they were not going to send out the centerpiece for the blinds because it’s not needed for the size blinds I have. So, the first question I have is why wasn’t I informed about this when I initially called over 5 weeks ago? I then asked did they order the part at all? I was told they did order it but didn’t send it. Why would you order a part and not send it and why did you have me waiting on a part for over a month that you decided I didn’t need and not tell me? This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I told the CSR rep that given the horrible customer service experience I’ve received I wanted to speak to a manager. I was told a manager was unavailable and the CSR took my number and advised me the manager would call me by the end of the business day. I didn’t receive a call back this makes the 3rd time that I have not received a call back from this company which by now I’m not surprised given the horrible customer service I’ve received up to this point. I will be posting my complaint everywhere I possibly can until I can get this disastrous issue resolved.

Everything was great except I ordered 33 5/8 width, as shown on the paperwork, but the blinds are 33 " even. It didn't matter so much for the inside the window application, but not what was ordered. Thus a 4 star rating.
