Ordered 11 roller shades. They all arrived as scheduled. Overall material of the roller shade looked great. The color was as expected. As for quality, there were few issues: #1 One of the roller did not roll all the way up. Even with the installed stoppers off, the roller shades would only roll up to leave about 5-6 inches at the top. It was not adjusted properly at the factory and there was no easy way to adjust it myself. I'd have to take the end off to adjust it. I ended up not adjusting it. #2 The rollers were ordered with cassette cover at the top, which is covered with the same fabric as the roller shade. One 3-4 rollers, the fabric was not completely tucked in underneath, and so I had to tuck them underneath. However, on one of the roller, the fabric was completely loose and hanging. It is not something we can fix and needs to be addressed. I'll be contacting customer service about this defective one. #3 the rollers come with machine-screws for mounting the brackets to the window frame. The machine screws have a thick head. The brackets that comes with the roller have very small tolerances, so if the mounting surface is not completely even, square and smooth across the window opening, then the frame of the rollers do not easily snap in. A minor revision to the bracket design would've made installation much more painless. I also bought cabinet screws and used them instead to mount them, which made installation much easier. #4 Some of the rollers were individually labeled on the bubble wrap. But the room name was not fully printed (only first x letters were shown). Having better labeling would've helped. #5 The roller rope has a fastener at the bottom to keep the rope tensioned. Unless perfectly mounted (with exact distance from the top), either the rope become too loose or sometimes the rope will gets stuck when the rope goes through the hole. If the fastener had rollers at the top (instead of a simple hole), it would make operation much smoother. Once I got everything installed (except the one with quality issue with the fabric cassette cover), they were mounted firmly. One other surprise was that these were only 5% openess, at night with the lights on inside, you can easily see inside from the outside (very little privacy). Had we known this, we would've gone with another option. Otherwise, the roller shades look good, simple and clean for a more modern/contemporary look. We're overall happy with our purchase.

I purchased the solar shades and they are absolutely perfect. They look very expensive. They arrived promptly and the fit and look is beautiful. Great product! Highly recommend it.

I got my blinds so quickly that we were shocked when they arrived. They are everything I expected and more. Well constructed and a breeze to install. They look perfect in our new home. Please tell me how to post pictures?
